We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much with so little for so long, that we are now qualified to do anything with nothing. ~Paraphrased from Mother Theresa
To all the vets and to those who still serve: Although we may have been at times exploited, misused, and/or accidentally or purposefully manipulated by those who lead us, to sometimes bring to bear the force of American might upon those who may or may not be guilty, remember that we all volunteered. And if it comes to light that our leaders have used that mighty force for things other than the altruistic plight of protecting those who find other means to support their fellow Americans as civilians, we were never wrong. Regardless of political leanings, and in spite of fact or folly, our service is true, as our hearts are true to this great country. Our volunteerism is no less than pure sacrifice of selfless service to every man, woman, and child who calls this country home, and as such, we need not ask for praise or favor, only that those we serve, serve as well to preserve that for which we fight. The fundamentals of freedom, liberty, and justice for all.

Copy and Paste
This is a response to a note posted on the No Limit Discussion Group message board. The original post was basically about tournament scenarios where you either have a below average chipstack going into the money, or you luckbox into a huge chipstack early, but blow it. I added my experiences here because I certainly know a little bit about blowing it...

The Truth Hurts
Every month, I get a check from Uncle Scam for things I did in a previous life. You know, the Uncle Scam who spends $300 on a hammer and $10K on a toilet seat, you know the guy. So once a month, I take this modest check

Hard way to make an easy living...
Someone said that, and they were pretty smart. I think there are harder ways to make an easy living, though.
Not a great day today. Cashed for $14 bucks in the $5 Early Double A - 55th place out of 1223. Took down about $41 taking 28th out of 1149 runners in the $3 rebuy $10.5K guarantee tournament.
Net for the day about $17 to the good. Not bad for about 13 hours of work, I must say.
